Luggage is very cheap in quality and poorly made. I used this suitcase for a trip and both cases cracked open and broke at baggage claim. Also the 28” suitcase is not 28” it’s much smaller. Also you cannot fit much of anything in any of the cases. I honestly want a refund but I’m passed the 30 days. I would give it 0 stars if I could. Read more
