Very impressed so far. The bench came mostly assembled -- the legs needed to be attached and the foot holding bar. All the necessary hardware was included and very easy to assemble. There was a slight wobble initially that turned out to be because I had not fully tightened the bolts for the legs. Was very sturdy after that. The bench is a little on the narrow side, so that could present some stability issues where the whole bench could tip over. But that's the trade off for getting a more compact bench. the seat and back adjustments are both very smooth and easy to operate. The spring lock pins easily lock and unlock the positions. The foot holding bar has a number of adjustment options. Overall this seems great for the price. I think it will be great for dumbbells and similar types of exercises. Read more
