These are the best. I train using kettle bells and kept getting blisters on my hands. I don't have that problem any more. They are super easy to use, just slide them between your index and middle finger and they protect your hand and improve your grip. I was worried that it was going to be uncomfortable, but it fits well and is a nice durable but soft silicone. Read more

Woman here, who has been using a 20 year old pair of leather Nike pull-on style lifting gloves at the gym which are absolutely falling apart at this point. I attempted to replace them but hate the gloves now w/velcro at the back of the wrist. I got served an IG ad for a similar pair of lifting grips to these and thought i'd take the chance. It took about 2 weeks to soften up a little bit to cover the areas on my palm that I needed them to (so the bars of dumbbells didn't pinch at the center of my palm) but they are fine now. Do they work better than any average set of lifting gloves? IMO, no, they don't. But I do like not having my hands get hot and sweaty when I lift (because I only need to use them with certain machines/moves), and I like not having my gloves get wet from wiping down machines. This product fit in my hand quite nicely. For pull type exercises, like pull-uos, it was a little slippery. For alternate grip dead lifts they work great! Overall, it's a good product to protect hand for heavy dead lifts. Read more
When lifting heavy I always noticed that the reason that I could not go heavier was the fact that the weights hurt my hands. I do not like gloves as they are not easy to take on and off. These work great as they protect my hands but are simple to put on and off. The material that they are made of is great and they are sturdy. They are very inconspicuous and its really hard for anyone to tell that you are using them. As far as I am concerned this is the only thing that you need to lift. Read more

These were randomly recommended to me while I was browsing on Amazon one day. It makes lifting SO much easier and the grip is phenomenal! I HIGHLY recommend these. Read more
