These weight lifting straps are a huge upgrade for my workouts. The 2-in-1 design is incredibly versatile—I can use them as traditional wrist straps for heavy lifts or attach them to cable machines using the double triangle rings. The non-slip latex threading really helps maintain grip, even during high-rep sets or sweaty sessions. They feel durable, comfortable on the wrists, and provide excellent support without cutting into the skin. Perfect for home gym workouts or the gym, and absolutely worth the price for the quality you get. 2-IN-1 DESIGN: Works as wrist straps or cable machine lifting cuffs. DOUBLE TRIANGLE RINGS: Easy attachment for versatile training options. NON-SLIP GRIP: Latex thread improves grip and lifting control. STRONG & DURABLE: Built to handle heavy weight and intense workouts. COMFORTABLE SUPPORT: Reduces wrist strain during pulls and lifts. GREAT VALUE: High-quality training straps at an affordable price. These 2-in-1 weightlifting straps have been a great addition to my garage gym, offering both deadlift power and secure wrist cuffs without adding extra clutter. The thick SBR padding and RingGuard design make them incredibly comfortable—no pinching or scraping like the cheaper straps I’ve used in the past. They feel extremely durable, with reinforced stitching and heavy-duty steel rings that give me total confidence during heavy pulls and cable work. The grip they provide on deadlifts and rows is outstanding, helping me push past sticking points without worrying about my hands giving out. Overall, these straps are a clear upgrade over standard D-ring options and absolutely deserve a 5-star rating. Read more

These straps have helped me a lot at the gym, especially for back exercises and deadlifts. The material feels strong, the grip improves a lot, and my wrists stay well supported without feeling uncomfortable after several sets. They are easy to put on and take off, and so far I have had no problems with stitching or slipping. For anyone who wants better grip and a bit more wrist support, they are a very good purchase, and that is why I give them five stars. Read more

I don't use these because they feel weird. I bought them specifically to use the hooks but it feels better using my regular cable attachments. Read more

I’ve never had a pair of full on wrist straps so my ability to compare these to any frame of reference is pretty much nil, so I gave an extra star. They seem to be pretty nice, well made, and I like that you can hook a cable attachment to them to hit a different angle of pull on your isolation exercises for hamstrings or hips or whatever, though I haven’t tested that functionally yet. I find the straps are a bit awkward to pull on with one hand, and the wrap part of it a bit excessively long, requiring a longer time than I like setting up for a lift. Whereas I could just have my gloves on or slap some chaulk on and grab the bar and go. The instructions are also not perfect, they said something about twisting your hands into the bar when you have it wrapped up, and didn’t show a picture illustrating that last step, so it’s probable that I’m using them wrong in that regard. If you have had many pairs of wrist wraps before you probably won’t need the instructions and will use them perfectly (also part of why I graded generously) For a first pair of wrist wraps, I’d say it can’t hurt to have in your arsenal. And who knows maybe when I try attaching them to cables I’ll fall in love with them. But if you aren’t going to use them for that, and you have had several pairs of wrist wraps before, I can’t imagine you’ll be very impressed with them. I wasn’t, and wish I was. Read more
