Not a good product and dishonest company.

This is a complete sham. I purchased for my son who has autism for sensory processing issues. I received it directly from the company 2 weeks later. It is not weighted in the arms, only the body. The product fails to do what it claims and not what is advertised. I emailed customer service, only to be pacified with “kind works and empathy”, then to be fully denied. They only offered a 20% discount, for me to give it a chance since it “hurts their heart when someone doesn’t love the product”.. buyer beware. This is NOT a good product and honest company.
