This vest definitely levels up my morning constitutional. At twelve pounds, it isn't too heavy, but it does feel heavier over time. This is great for walking, but I found that when running, there is too much movement for comfort. There are several adjustable straps to secure it, and I find them a bit much, especially since it still moves while running. Perhaps if I wore it under a coat or shirt, but when wearing it on top, I will stick to walking. I like the way the vest corrects my posture, and I feel stronger when I wear it. This is the 12lb version, so the weight is 12lbs. It's pretty heavy and I would not think 12lbs would feel this heavy, especially carrying it to put it on, but it does! The quality of this item is as expected for items like this. I do like how it fits and it doesn't feel uncomfortable. I almost forgot I was wearing it after a couple hours of use. It doesn't have any funny smell and seems quite durable for everyday use (including exercising) It even comes with a little pocket! Although I am not sure what the pocket is useful for as it is too small for water or probably a lot of phones. My phones is definitely too big but I have the Galaxy S23 Ultra. Seeing as this is more worn as a "jacket". You just need to wear pants with pockets or a shirt with pockets if you need. I think it is worth the cost for this product! Read more

Would like to have more weight but it’s nice. I like the quality and fit. Definitely effective after a period of use. The weight is adjustable. I can’t say much about the value for the money or price. It has that new gym equipment smell but I don’t mind. One negative but I didn’t take away a star is the black die has come off on my clothing and other surfaces. Read more

For starters, I got this for doing bodyweight exercises; just pullups, pushups, and situps. I really only have one issue, but it's a fairly annoying one - the straps are way longer than necessary, and only a few of them have an elastic loop to fold and tuck the extra (which, if folded, will inevitably still fall out eventually). In the pictures I included, you can see the main stomach strap has an elastic loop on the end - I think the other half of the strap should have been threaded through this before the clip was attached (I can't figure out how you'd make any use of it otherwise). The pads underneath the chest and stomach clips are nice, and the two pockets are cool (I plan to carry a couple of liter water bottles in these to add a few more pounds), but yeah, in general, I wish the manufacturer could have opted for a better solution for tucking away the extra strap length. I've been using the 12 lb version of this weighted vest for a few weeks, incorporating it mostly into brisk walks and some basic interval workouts.
