I originally bought this for my mom but ended up keeping it for myself after testing it out. This vest is perfect for making a leisurely walk feel more like a workout. The only flaw for me is that I wish I could adjust it to fit just a little tighter. I wouldn’t consider myself a small person (not large either) and I have it adjusted as tight as possible. I’m 5’11 and weigh 189lbs I wish I got a heavier weight!! 12lbs is waaaaay too light. If you’re my size and want to feel the weight then I’d get a 20 or higher. I am also wearing two leg weights and still fear I need more weight but I already threw the packaging away 😭 other than that it’s super comfortable and easy to adjust!
