This is a great vest. I got the 12 pound vest and I definitely feel the weight!! It has a couple elastic parts as well as an adjustable strap, which makes it fit very snug (in a good way, you don’t want the weight to be moving around as you move). The straps are cushioned and it is surprisingly comfortable to wear. I didn’t notice this in the item description, but apparently it also comes with a great phone pouch that straps onto your arm. The pouch has 2 pockets, one bigger one for a phone and a smaller for other valuables (perhaps). The pouch also has a small hole for corded headphones (if you use those for working out). Read more

I’ve been using the Taewno weighted vest for a couple of weeks now, and overall I’m really satisfied with it. The vest feels comfortable during workouts and the weight distribution is balanced, so it doesn’t shift too much while moving. The build quality is solid as well.
