Love this vest! It's comfortable and I love how the weights can be configured in small increments unlike plates. I also love that these are not sandbag weights. The adjustable straps help me fit the vest fairly snug so there's no shifting or sloppiness when moving although not as snug as I would like. I'm a size 6 in most clothing and a small to medium in a t-shirt. I imagine with a sweatshirt under it, it would fit perfectly.
