This 12lb Adjustable Weight Vest is fantastic for both men and women! It fits comfortably and stays secure during all types of workouts, whether I’m running, strength training, or doing bodyweight exercises. The adjustable straps make it easy to get the perfect fit, and the weight is evenly distributed so it doesn’t strain my shoulders or back. I also love the reflective stripe, which adds safety for outdoor runs. The material feels durable and breathable, making it comfortable for longer sessions. This vest has definitely made my workouts more challenging and effective. Read more

I’ve been using this weight vest jacket for a few weeks now, and I’m really impressed. The material feels durable, and it fits comfortably without restricting movement. The weight is evenly distributed, which makes a huge difference during workouts—no shifting, no awkward bouncing. I also love that the straps are adjustable, so I can tighten it for runs or loosen it a bit for strength training. Even with the added weight, it feels secure and surprisingly comfortable. Overall, this vest has elevated my workouts more than I expected. If you’re looking for something that’s sturdy, well-made, and actually comfortable to wear, I highly recommend it! Read more

This is the first weighted vest I have tried, so I can’t compare it to anything else. It is well made and the stitching is good. The reflective lines will be great when I’m walking in low light. I like the mess pocket on the back and it could come in handy for things like my phone, chapstick, etc if I don’t have pockets. As I get stronger, I might put some more small weights in there. I’ll admit taking it out of the box and when I pick it up, it feels heavier than 12 pounds to me, but I have weighed it twice and it is exactly 12 pounds. I like that the weight is distributed throughout the vest and not just iron weights that are placed in the font or back. The vest is fairly comfortable to wear while walking. As I build up the muscles in my shoulders and neck, it feels better to wear it tilted up in the front so it is lower in the back. The 12 pounds vest is not as comfortable to wear while running because it moves too much. This is the big con with this vest - it only has one place where it connects in the front to keep it on. If there were two clasps (like with the heavier versions of this vest), I feel it would stay in place more. For this reason, I couldn’t give it 5 stars. All in all, this is a good vest and I am pleased it weights exactly what it should. Read more

I'm excited to start exercising again. This will definitely help me with what I want to do. It's a lot heavier than I thought, but that's a good thing! It feels kind of like a bean bag or hacky sack, I don't know how to explain but like a really tight knit one if that makes sense. The material is smooth and pretty strong but it still has a bit of stretch in it. It has reflectors on it and a buckle that snaps in place. It's a little small for me and I weigh over 200lbs but that's okay, I just won't snap the buckle in for now. This is amazing for workouts. I'm glad I bought this! Read more

The quality of this feels pretty good. It's co.fortable to wear. Being 6'2" I find that the chest strap is a little to close to my neck, but that is more preference on my part as I wear a lot of hiking backpacks. The front has some reflective strips on it, so if you are out running you are a bit more visible. The filler feels like small bean bag beans with the consistency of rice. Haven't tried getting it wet so I don't know if the weighted material is susceptible to absorbing water. As far as the adjustability is concerned, it's really only the one chest strap. Everything else is fixed so there's not really much you can adjust if this doesn't fit you very well. If you have a fairly skinny torso then this may not fit you very well. For more extreme example, I had. My my son try it on and it was very loose for him. Even with pulling the chest strap as tight as it would go, we had to use some extra rope to kind of secure it in place to keep it from slipping around when he was just walking through the house. For more standard adult size torso, this should fit fine. For those of you that are runners, I would say that more depends on if you like it a little bit more loose when you're you're jogging around then this should be fine. If you prefer to it to be more secure then it would be nice if it had another strap that was lower. In general for what it is, it's not bad. Read more
