So far, I've thoroughly enjoyed the weighted vest. It's my first time ever using one so I didn't know what to expect. I've used it for almost a few weeks now. It's been comfortable. No sliding, pinches, or rubbing at all. I will say, I'm a 34 D and it fits across my chest comfortably. However, if you're very large chested, you may want to buy one that is adjustable. This one is not. At least it's not for the 12 pounds, which is what I bought. I may end up giving this to my sister or one of my neighbors who like to do walking or "rucking" exercise and buying another one that's heavier. Wanted to switch my runs a bit by adding this weighted vest and I’m glad I did! I’m 5’1 128lbs and this 12lb vest is perfect for my size. The buckle strap on the chest is great to adjust to make it smaller for my frame. My 17yr old footballer even tried it on and mind you he’s a linebacker so he’s decent sized and size fit him too.
