Excellent weighted vest
All the bone building experts recommend wearing a weighted vest for daily activities to build bone to prevent frailty fractures. I’ve finally found one that’s wearable, not uncomfortable and actually looks a bit fierce walking in the neighborhood! To contrast, my first weighted vest was so uncomfortable across my chest and underarm area. Not too small either, just binding especially when I moved. Then it creates a hump back appearance if I’m walking around outside, the exact appearance I’d like to avoid! Get this one, it’s worth the slightly increased cost!! Read more

Comfortable vest. I’m 150lb, 5’6”, workout frequently and started with the 15lb vest. It gets me to Zone 2 if I’m walking very quickly. I’ve done two 5 mile walks in it and my body is quite tired after. Unweighted, I easily walk 10 miles without much drain. Read more

Great weight vest
This vest is great! I wanted one that was an actual vest with even weight distribution. It meets that need. I got the 12lb in order to have a weight that is 10% of my body weight. I'm glad I didn't go any heavier for purposes of getting used to it. It fits well with adjustable straps to loosen or tighten on the side. It is comfortable to walk with and I even wear it while doing rebounding exercises. That really packs a punch. The only thing I noticed is that it's hot, but that could be the room I'm doing my workouts in or just adding a layer that I'm not used to. Overall, this is a great option for someone wanting a very comfortable weighted vest. It seems to be very well made and durable. Read more
