Amazing product! Im impressed on how comfortable it is to wear and do workouts or go for walks. It is so easy to adjust and so far, I have been with it for a while now, the quality seems great. Would recommend 100% Read more
I picked up this 20-pound weighted vest after realizing that my daily walks and bodyweight workouts had hit a plateau. I wanted a way to push my endurance and muscle engagement without adding more time to my routine, and a weighted vest seemed like the smartest way to level up. I chose this one primarily because of its compact and straightforward design - no removable weights, no over-complication, just slip it on and go. Well, what can I say - it felt well-constructed. The neoprene material has a nice soft-touch feel and doesn’t trap heat the way I feared it might. The shoulder padding is thick enough that it doesn’t dig into my collarbones, and the dual-buckle setup across the chest makes it easy to strap in tight. The sand filling is locked in place inside reinforced pouches, and the vest does a good job distributing the weight evenly across the upper torso. It doesn’t sag, and it avoids the common problem of all the weight pulling at your back or shoulders. The reflective strips are an excellent addition - I often walk or jog in the early morning, and they do catch the light well. That said, using it has revealed a few quirks. I’m on the leaner side, and even with the straps tightened all the way, the vest still moves slightly when I’m jogging. Not enough to be a dealbreaker, but noticeable. The lack of shoulder strap adjustment means that for smaller-framed users, it can feel a bit loose up top, and I imagine over time the elastic in the straps may stretch even further. Also, while it’s marketed as 20 pounds, it actually weighs in closer to 18.5-19 depending on your scale - not a massive issue, but it’s something I’d want to know before buying. There’s a back mesh pocket, which is nice in theory, but since you have to take the vest off to access it, I haven’t found it very practical. For walking, strength training, or anything low-impact, this vest adds a solid challenge without causing any pain or imbalance. I’ve used it during push-ups, stairs, and short hikes, and it stays snug enough to be effective. But once I break into a run, there’s just enough bounce to remind me it isn’t fully locked in. It’s also worth noting that the weight isn’t adjustable, which limits its long-term flexibility. If I wanted to scale up or down, I’d need to buy a completely different vest. Overall, it’s a good product if you know exactly what weight you need and aren’t planning to use it for high-impact activities. It feels durable, breathable, and comfortable enough for everyday use, as long as it fits your frame well. I would have given it five stars if the weight was more precise and if the fit had been better tailored to a broader range of body types. But for adding resistance to your routine without the bulk, it does the job. Bottom line: This 20-pound (really ~19 lb) weighted vest is a solid pick for boosting walks and low-impact workouts with minimal fuss. It’s well-made, breathable, and distributes weight evenly without sagging. However, it lacks adjustability, especially for smaller frames, and can shift slightly during runs. The non-removable weight limits flexibility, and the back pocket is hard to access. Great for strength training and steady cardio - less ideal for high-impact use or if you want adjustable resistance. It gets a 4-star rating in my book and I can recommend it. Pros: 1. Comfortable and breathable neoprene material. 2. Even weight distribution prevents sagging. 3. Simple slip-on design with no removable parts. 4. Reflective strips improve visibility in low light. 5. Thick shoulder padding reduces pressure points. 6. Dual chest buckles provide a secure fit. 7. Durable construction with reinforced pouches. Cons: 1. Actual weight is slightly under 20 pounds. 2. Weight is not adjustable. 3. Vest shifts slightly during jogging. 4. No shoulder strap adjustments. 5. Back pocket is hard to reach when worn. Read more

I am currently doing a lot of fitness improvement and saw where weighted vests can help with my daily walks. It fit me perfectly and I feel it's helping somewhat. I also use it when I house clean Read more
Got this to up my cardio walking. Because of bilateral hip replacements, I cannot jog so I am adding 20# weight to my walk. This allows my shorter walks to be a more intense work out. Using Fitbt "cardio load" to track. Bottom line since upping my game I am losing some belly fat and I feel more energized. Just FYI I am 76 years old. Easy to put on and snap across my chest and it feels comfortable across my back and shoulders when I am walking. I do have to be a little more cautious when coming off curbs to not come down hard or worse actually fall. Helps to have walking shoes with thick spongy soles. Read more
Fits and sits amazing. Love how it curves around under the shoulders instead of it having this droopy/hanging effect like another running vest I had. Love it Read more

I've used weighted vests previously for training but there were typically a couple of obstacles. One was putting the vests on and taking them off. My previous ones used velcro straps on the sides which allowed for a tight fit but made them difficult to put on and take off. Another was the distribution of the weight. The weight had to be added to pockets around the vests which made wearing them for a workout that might involve lying on your back uncomfortable. This vest solves those problems but goes too far on fixing the fit. I have been using the 20 pound vest and it is incredibly easy to put on and take off which is great. In a recent workout, I was able to drop the vest during a set, then put it back on afterwards without any issues. My only complaint with the fit is that it is too loose. Even with the chest straps tightened all the way down, the vest pulls away from my body during some exercises. If there were some additional size adjustments, this vest would rate 5 stars. The vest did feel heavy initially so I weighed it and verified the weight. Overall, I would definitely recommend this vest. I'm currently unable to run due to an injury but wearing this vest during workouts has helped during bodyweight workout sessions. I look forward to using it to train once I can run again. Read more
