I purchased the 12 pound weighted vest. The reason for my purchase was to add some resistance to my daily lifestyle. I chose to wear the vest in my house while doing my routine life - cooking, cleaning, etc. The vest is comfortable and not too heavy for this fit 65 year old woman. Fantastic vest. Price is very fair compared to others. The only thing I would improve is making the weights removeable. Maybe ina future upgrade that can happen. I highly recommend this product. A++= Be aware the weights or sand bags are not removeable. Its a great weight! Read more

This is very comfortable to wear. The 6lbs is great for an older person. I wear it around the house & I am getting my self use to wearing it out for a walk, I have had a weight vest before & it was heavier & I have opted to go down to 6 lbs.
