Call me lazy, but I prefer to train smarter, not longer. Instead of adding more workout time, I wanted a way to quietly increase intensity, and this weighted vest does exactly that. I chose the 6-10 lb option because I’m a small person and didn’t want the weight to feel overwhelming. With the full 10 lbs loaded, I definitely notice it when bending over, so I’m gradually working my way up. I mainly wear the vest during workouts, where it adds just enough challenge without making my regular routines feel like a struggle. I can feel myself getting stronger and building endurance. On higher energy days, I’ll even wear it while doing house chores, and it doesn’t wear me out. Adjusting the weight is simple. I just open one of the velcro flaps and slide a weight pod in or out. Fit is critical for me, and this vest delivers. There are two adjustable straps on each side, and they cinch down small enough to fit snugly with no bouncing or shifting. Some weighted vests sit heavily on my chest and become uncomfortable, but this one doesn’t. The weight sits lower and leaves “the girls” alone. I also like the velcro patch area on the front. It comes with an American flag patch, but you can swap it out for something more personal if you want. Overall, the vest is comfortable and does exactly what it’s supposed to do. Aside from the visible “WANOON” branding on the outside, I genuinely love everything about it. Read more

This fits well and is a great addition to a workout. It definitely adds difficulty and makes for an effective workout. I like that I can raise the difficulty without having to increase my speed. I also like to wear it while I'm doing housework and walking the dog. It's an easy add! I don't have to change the weight often but it seems like it would be durable enough to do adjust the weight as often as needed. Read more

Great weighted vest. Start off slow though. I started off with too much and injured me knee. Read more

Since starting my new fitness journey, I’ve been trying out different gear to help improve my workouts. I had used a weighted vest before, but as a beginner, I didn’t really know what to look for. This vest is the second one I’ve tried and it’s definitely the better choice. The first vest wasn’t bad, but it was too heavy and lacked flexibility. What I like about this one is the ability to adjust the weights, which makes it much more versatile for someone still building strength and endurance. This was a mistake on my part not knowing what I was looking for. Each of the 6 sandbags weigh in at about 10 ounces each. This gives you quite a lot of flexibility between the built in 6 pounds up to about 10 pounds max with all six bags. I think I did my math right there! You can see in the photos that the material, stitching, and overall design are all top-notch. The pockets holding the weighted sandbags are exactly what I needed to gradually increase difficulty and confidence over time. The sandbags themselves seem durable and well-made. I also really appreciate the extra pockets for storing small items like a phone or key. Overall, I’m excited to keep using this vest and see how it helps me get stronger and healthier. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for an adjustable, medium-weight vest that’s both comfortable and well-built. Read more

The adjustable weighted vest has been an incredible addition to my workouts. I chose the 6–10 lb version, and I love how easy it is to adjust the weight depending on the type of exercise I’m doing. The vest fits comfortably and securely without shifting around, whether I’m walking, jogging, or doing strength training. The design distributes the weight evenly, which makes the added resistance feel natural and not bulky or restrictive. The material is durable and well-made, and I appreciate that it includes reflective strips for safety during early-morning or evening workouts. The pockets are a great feature, giving me space to carry small essentials like keys or a phone without needing an extra bag. Even with the added weight, the vest remains breathable and doesn’t cause overheating, which is a big plus for longer workouts or hikes. What stands out most is how effective it is for boosting calorie burn and adding intensity without changing my routine. It’s perfect for walking, running, hiking, rucking, or even simple at-home workouts. I could feel the difference immediately—in a good way. If you’re looking for a reliable, comfortable, and well-designed weighted vest that adjusts with your fitness level, this one is an excellent choice. It’s sturdy, versatile, and a great investment for anyone wanting to take their workouts up a notch. Read more

This is a good value for a weighted vest. There are cheaper ones out there, but they aren't as nice and don't have the same design features. I've used it on a few long walks and it stays in place without shifting around, even when moving more quickly. You can add or remove the small sandbags to adjust the weight, which is helpful if you switch between lighter walks and harder workouts. The shoulder padding and adjustable straps make it comfortable, and the fit works well for me. I’m 5'2", and it sits just below my waist, with plenty of room left to adjust if I want to put it on over a bulky sweatshirt. There’s also a pocket that holds my phone securely, which is a nice bonus. It's made of the same material as similar weighted vests I've owned, but the stitching seems durable and I expect this one to last quite a while. Read more

I was told by Instagram posts I needed a weighed vest so I don't become a tub of lard and bones by my 50th birthday. I coughed up the tax value of the best and took a chance. I wore it for awhile this morning. I love that it can be tightened fully and there's no flopping around during activity. However, if I was any heavier around my midsection I'd be very uncomfortable. This would dig in to a fupa. Read more
