I purchased the 15lb weighted vest and am already impressed! It is pretty heavy, and it feels great to put on - it definitely gives me that "I'm about to do something healthy" motivation! I plan to use this for my daily walks and eventually incorporate it into regular workouts. It is very comfortable to wear; the distribution of the weight (which feels like sand) is well-managed and fits snuggly against my body. It seems durable and I am confident it will be effective for weight loss and increasing the intensity of my training. Love the fit and the semi sleek design to it. I will say that I do wish that the weights themselves were removable instead of being evenly dispersed throughout the vest not able to remove. It has reflectors on it so in case your in the dark. Also has a zipper part in the back where you can put a phone or some money or something small. Does come with an arm piece to put your phone in. If not running you could Velcro it to the vest itself but if running suggested to Velcro to your arm so it doesn’t swing all over. Good price as well! I asked for this vest because I already had one of 10lb, and I found it really effective for everyday use, not just to workout. And I loved it, so when I found this one heavier, 15 lbs (different sources), I had to try it out. So, the first thing is that the packing of the filing is not that dense, it moves within your fingers, not a really bad thing but a note. The second observation is that the volume is larger on the shoulder straps, so they're bulkier. I was expecting this as is heavier by 5 lbs, but I'm amazed that it's not distributed equally on the back. Also the shoulder straps are longer. It comes with two snap fits on the front to help distribute the weight. The vest feels comfortable after fitting. And it has reflective material. It has survived several times that I wear it. I really like the vest, it has helped with my workouts tremendously. I thought this vest would be more secure with two buckles but it only has one. I don't know if its because its not extremely heavy that the 10 lbs vest would only have one buckle. I do like the handy band to put my phone and house keys in, I just attach it to the vest, not my arm. I think its a nice value and the vest doesn't chafe or rub my arms, chest, or back uncomfortably. I have a very similar vest to this that weighs six pounds. Sometimes it's not enough, so I chose this 10 pound vest for added resistance in my workouts. The four-pound jump was noticeable, but not too much to hamper my usual routine. The vest fits comfortably. It sits at the perfect spot over my shoulders. I don't feel it pressing down on me at all. The heaviness is evenly dispersed. The strap across the chest has a sturdy plastic buckle and the nylon is adjustable. I don't need to have it tight for the vest to stay put on me when I'm running or jumping. It hardly slides around. I mainly use the strap if I am doing anything that has me bending sideways and it keeps the bottom side from flapping open. The fabric doesn't trap heat. The vest is fairly cool when I'm working out with it. If I get sweat on it, I wipe it clean and leave it to air dry. The vest has reflective strips on front for increased visibility at night. The back has a mesh pouch to hold your belongings. I haven't used that yet. The set also includes a little bag that can hold a phone, keys, music player with an opening to string a wired headphone cord through.
