Overall great belt, and I might have been able to go down to a medium, I have a 35-36” waist, I ordered the large, but I’m liking it so far, lots of support for squats and deadlifting, I’ve even used it for weighted dips. The shipping did take longer than the typical two day, was about a couple of weeks but worth it, plus all the other belts weren’t 6” width like this one, so worth the wait. Read more
