Need to tote tools and stuff, this is your bag...
This is the tote of totes! Since my purchase there is nothing I can say that's really negative about it. This tote screams quality. Wear and tear is still to be judged as I haven't had it for years like my previous electrical tool bag which is still very much usable after decades of abuse, only without the original carry handle which ripped loose a year or two ago causing me to use the shoulder harness from that point on. I wanted something new I could put every day accessories (electrical stuff) in the bag and keep handy in small bags, like wire nuts, stake-on's, grounding screws, some romex staples, electrical gloves, even my multi-meters and testers. This does the job and then some. I was able to transfer all my tools and a bit more into this tote. Heck, I can even bring along my Dewalt drill and an extra battery which fit nicely into the bottom of the tote and large pockets. Because the bag has an open design you won't have to worry about getting into it unlike a zippered bag. Just reach and grab. Where ever you set this tote down, whether on a floor or high in a lift the large flat bottom keeps the tote level and easily accessible. That brings me to the only thing that will have you puffing over this tote, the weight. That's right, you start jamming this thing full it's gonna get heavy because it has a lot of room. I've found the extra weight and large bottom on this tote make it slightly awkward to carry but I have everything with me I need, and deal with it (good for the biceps). The stitching, the metal buckles, the material are heavy duty, very similar to my old tool bag and I expect it should hold up as well providing years of use. The only bags I've ever seen done better were those I used in the military or took to a shoe shop to be super stitched all around with a heavy fabric. IMHO worth every penny and highly recommended!
