I will update, but I just started month 2 last week. What I’ve noticed thus far: joint pain is so much better. My skin & hair feel more nourished. I don’t see an immediate difference in length or thickness of my hair, but it feels a little softer. My hair had gotten so so dry, it’s not anymore. In fact I’ve been having to wash it more often as it’s been getting borderline greasy. Something I haven’t seen in awhile. My skin feels like it’s a little plumper. I’ve noticed less shedding, too. My daughter thinks it looks so much better. The weirdest thing that happened was I got a period. I haven’t had one in 2+ yrs. Anyway- something’s happening. My dermatologist told me to switch to this from Nutrafol because Wellbel is better for the liver. Not sure yet if it works as well, but I notice less hair falling onto the floor. This is my 4th jar. Read more
