it was hard to find a pair of work gloves that would protect the hands and give good service. Most of the work gloves I used from Lamont over the past several years barely last a year of service. This pair is doing very well and I believe will see two full seasons or more of duty. The use is yard work, racking and such. Some building last summer but generally yard work on a city lot. I have already purchased a second pair of these. This second pair is on standby and will be put in service when the current pair of these Lamont gloves finally come apart. best gloves EVER! Barbed wire, or tree limbs, cant beat this for the price. UPDATE: A little under a year later of hard work, they're still going strong.
