surprisingly firm and good quality. Came in tiny box and I was skeptical of dimensions and being duped. Unfurls like a no-spring mattress in a box. I got this holster so I can practice my yoga and since I have a bad knee it would help. The only thing is that it's not comfortable. I have seen other bolsters and they have more flexibility in them. Not soft at all but it's does the job for now. Read more
