These are quite bright and you can tilt them - adjustable up and down so you can aim them exactly where you need them. Additionally there are two levels of brightness I suggest letting them charge for a day, then placing them in the ground just as it becomes dark. Then you’ll be able to adjust placement. Getting them in the ground… The soil is rockhard here in Arizona, I placed them after a rain, and I had no trouble getting them in the ground. These lights felt sturdy and strong as I placed them in the ground - not cheap. All in all, They are doing a great job. These seem much sturdier though than some of the others I bought and I am replacing two different kinds I’ve tried previously.
