Great winter coat. Snug and warm for the colder weather but love the removable hood for when it’s not cold / wet. Only worn once so far (so I don’t know if it washes well) but it looks to be well made. Loads of pockets. Great length and the colour makes a change for me from black! I live in northern Wisconsin & the winters can get plenty cold here. It is early December and we have already had our share of below zero weather. I'm 5'11" and 160 lbs. I got the medium and it fits very well - not too large that is won't keep the warmth in and not too small that it is too tight. I saw some comments from people saying it doesn't keep you very warm. I'm not sure where they are coming from. From my experience, I believe I could spend hours outside on a cold, Wisconsin winter day in single digit temperatures and this coat would keep me warm. It would say this is one of the warmer and heavier coats I own. If warmth is one of your concerns, I don't think you should have worries with this coat. Read more

The coat arrived quickly, and once I tried it on, I fell in love with it! I know I ordered a 3XL, but they sent me a 2XL, which is fine. 2XL is my actual size, but I like to buy hoodies, jackets, and coats a size too big, so I have extra room. The 2XL fits me perfectly, and doesn't constrict my mobility. I went for a short walk in 20 degree weather, and even with somewhat strong winds, the coat kept me warm. This is a great coat for cold weather, it is very heavy weight and seems well made. It is a good value for the money. It is wind resistant, and true to size. The zipper is just a little funky to get started. Read more

My husband loves this coat!! If I could get him to wear it it would be even better. He tends to run warm anyway, so most of winter, he doesn't even wear a jacket, just a short sleeve shirt. He'll be wearing it this weekend as we are expecting 8-16 inches of snow with windchill factor. Coat fits him very well as he is a big wide body man. The coat was also long enough in the back to keep his lower back covered. Many coats do not do that. The hood is removable. Has many pockets so men can carry all their essentials with them; Wave tool, eyeglasses, Allen wrench set, a pizza..(I was checking to see if you were awake)?! Read more

I’m giving a 5 star review because I find the coat is well made, with good materials. However, the packaging leaves a lot to be desired. It is packed so tightly, wrinkles are major and locked in. Tried hanging it for 2 days, with no change. So I tried ironing it, using an iron with steam, set to the cotton setting and with a little elbow grease and 30 minutes the coat looks great. The company should provide the ironing suggestion if the wrinkles don’t hang. Otherwise a very nice, warm coat. Read more

Bought this on sale near the end of last winter. Have just started wearing it again with the winter seeming to get an early start this year. Let me just say for anyone wondering, this coat is comfortable, and it is warm (some might say cozy) in cold weather. As someone who is definitely sensitive to the cold, I highly recommend this coat for it's quality and warmth at the price point. I live in a state where you only need a winter jacket for a few weeks a year, so I went with this because it was cheap. It’s reasonably warm and comfortable, but it was very cheap (in a bad way) - the zipper has failed, and I’ve lost all but two snaps, so there isn’t a way to wear it anymore without repairs. I would not buy this if you live in a region with a serious winter and want something that will last you years. Read more
