Okay so I'll update after wearing for a full day but just a quick try on and I really like this waist trainer! I was having a hard time finding something that didn't make me still look super pregnant and would smooth out my post partum belly. I am working on correcting DR and losing baby weight at 7m pp and this appears to be a good garment to help with reminding me to tighten my core and smooth out my figure some. Side by side pic of with and without the garment. Update: I've worn this a couple times now and for the most part I really like it! The only downside is that, occasionally, the "supports" will stab me in the side a little bit if it is too tight(like if I am a little more bloated than usual) but adjusting to the next row of clasps helps with that. I really love this corset. It takes an entire inch off of my middle and smooths my tummy so that there are no little rolls appearing. It's flexible and easy enough for me to breathe in. The only thing is that if a person has arthritis or pain somehow in the hands it would be difficult to put the hooks together. Mentioning hooks, they are very solidly placed. I weigh 160 and I’m 5’6. I ordered a small just to help with wearing jeans or hiding pudge. The waist trainer was super tight and either my fat hung over the top or the bottom either way I pulled it. I returned for a medium and longer one. Fits better as far as being able to breathe but, my fat still either comes out the top either under boobs or on my back and when i pull it up, hips show drastically. When I sit, it’s so uncomfortable and makes a pooch and i look pregnant. lol I need to find a waist trainer for someone with a long torso I suppose, even tho I don’t have one I feel would help me. Buy your regular size! I usually wear a size xl/2x in women’s so I went with a 2x to be safe but I definitely could’ve ordered the xl and been fine! I’ve lost a lot of weight this year so I was looking for something to help give me some tummy control and this does it for me! Holds in place, super stretchy, quality is great!
