My son was very excited to open this for Christmas. I had read the reviews and it seemed great, but I sent it back after less than a day. The from wheel and the handlebars are not connected and there’s no way to tighten them. Just driving down the sidewalk for a few feet was enough to knock the wheel completely out of alignment with the handlebars if you’re looking for a perfect way for your child to hit a small bump, knock the front wheel askew, and turn them into a wall or the road. I know that sounds dramatic, but who in their right mind would let their child use car, a bike, a unicycle, a scooter, anything where the wheel is loose and misaligned with the steering? I went back and asked the ai and it told me that several people had mentioned the wheel was not connected properly and misaligned easily. I’m not playing games or taking such an unnecessary risk with my son’s safety. I am flabbergasted that such a product could even leave the factory. By design, the shaft releases and folds back, but that only makes it more clear how there’s no connection between the handlebars and the wheel, no way to ensure that turning the handlebars to the left will actually make the wheel turn left or keep it from becoming misaligned easily. Additionally, the booklet that comes with it was so poorly translated and formatted, it doesn’t make a lot of sense. I had several questions, just about getting started that aren’t covered at all. The app it wants you to download is garbage. It has 2 stars and it’s literally half in Chinese characters. Also, how monumental ridiculous that you need an app on your phone to use your scooter properly? A scooter meant for a child, who doesn’t have his own phone because he’s in freaking 3rd grade? I’m pretty sure I was talking to an Amazon bot, but it was refreshing how easily it let me return it. I just put it back in the box and dropped it at a UPS store. Of course, it couldn’t answer any questions, just apologized and kept asking me if I wanted a refund or a replacement. Anywho, if you have this and it’s not a death trap for your child, that’s awesome and I’m happy for you, but like I said, I am dumbfounded that such a product is even available for sale. Read more

This e-scooter is super nice! I got it as a gift for a family member in college who needed a quick way to get around campus and to work and it has been perfect. They’re able to get around for the day and charge it at night and never have any issues running out of battery. It has good speed that’s a balance between quick and safe. The wheels are super nice and grippy and best of all the solid wheel helps so they don’t go flat. The light on it, breaks, and speedometer all work great.
