Love the convenience but it's a bit difficult to put together. You have to line the posts up just tight to get the locking knobs to fit through. The first one I ordered I had to send back because the mugs had apparently leaked the freezing fluid out all over the inside of the package. Not sure if this was damage caused by the package handlers or just poor craftsmanship. sugar free. It is a bit louder than you would think it would be and it gets even louder as the ice cream thickens. It honestly makes me wonder if there is something wrong with the motor. I guess time will tell. Otherwise it's great for small batches and I can make mine sugarfree. Read more

It makes ice cream but the motor over heats and turns itself off. If I freeze the mugs and turn the mixture by hand I make ice cream faster than it does Read more
it makes ice cream- but once the ice cream is frozen enough, the machine locks up and violently spins the cup. You could stand there for 5-15 minutes and try to "catch it" before it happens- but it's silly because a simple design change(spring loaded, ratcheted spindles--like when you try to crank down on your car gas cap too much... it clicks and spins) would have made this so much better. It's only a matter of time before this thing breaks and becomes useless. Read more
Got this for mother's day. Made sure to read the instructions, works great. Only comment I have is the recipe they include days it's a blank slate it truly is. No flavor. Must add something even if it's extra vanilla. Read more
Got this for granddaughter to turn pedisure into a desert. Works well. The bottles of pedisure are perfect serving sizes, just keep in refrigerator and they are ready to pour in the cups which you keep in the freezer to make ice cream. Tried to do a second serving when we forgot to freeze both cups but it didn’t freeze well. Read more
