DOA x 2

Purchased 2 of these drives, each from a different supplier. Both arrived with no apparent shipping damage, but neither one worked… ever. Not that they started out OK and then died. No, both were DOA. Didn’t work in the new PC build and the same when tested in an existing system on a SATA port known to be working. Moreover, old drives work fine in the new build on the same port and power supply, so it’s not a system problem; it’s a drive problem. 2 strikes and they’re out on this drive. Read more
