Relatively painless return
This is a terrific sleeping bag and I would have preferred to keep it however due to a huge price difference I had to return the item. I reached out to the seller directly however they wouldn’t budge on the price and the cost savings for me for an identically rated bag from another manufacturer was ~ 40% savings for me. Amazon made the whole process easy and understandable. No hard feelings towards them or the seller so I give 5 stars for the quality service. Read more
