Simplest way to cover bare bulbs in closets
This product does its job of affordably covering bare bulbs in closets where code requires it. I'd give it 4 1/2 stars if I could because it still needs some small improvements. If I could make THREE minor changes to the product, it would be to: • Widen the base one inch to cover a wider array of drywall holes • Increase the size of the metal pull chain--the thread pull is really flimsy and has far too much give • Decrease the overall height of the shade--some circumstances can't accommodate this product's significant height Read more
Great light BUT !!
It’s a great light for the money, but there are two problems that I must share with everyone. First, you have to use a high wattage bulb because the white globe blocks the light . Second by a quality pool cord for the on and off switch. That flimsy rope that was included broke the first time I pulled the light to test it. I had to go for a 60 W LED bulb to a 100 W LED bulb to light up my closet. Read more
