I ordered three of these in July 2014. These are very plain, low-cost, imported light fixtures, but they work well. The cover is made of white glass. The fixtures take two bulbs up to a maximum power of 60W. Compact fluorescent lamps will also fit, but the cover is pretty small, so some of the larger-sized CFLs (23 W or 26 W) may not fit unless they are a "space-saving" design. Each socket has its own pair of wires so you may switch them separately, but almost everybody will tie them together to be controlled by one switch. In the the three that I purchased, one did not include enough wire nuts, but the other two came with extras. Depending on your luck, you may need to purchase some orange wire nuts at a hardware store to complete installation. Read more
