I just finished assembly of this set and have to say I found no negatives at all to report! The boxes came very well packaged with only the typical box damage from the shipping handling. Packaging of all the parts was very well done with zero damage at all. All the individual pieces were very well finished with nice smoothing of the edges and well-drilled holes. Assembly went well, with really excellent hardware throughout. Everything went together accurately with all holes placed just as needed. Just remember to leave all the bolts slightly loose and everything goes together nicely. One big suggestion I found from assembling the second chair: leave the parts laying flat and folded down on the floor for steps 1 through 3. This makes it WAY easier to handle as you go. Step 4 is trickiest, I found if you insert the locking pin in the front leg and just stand the chair into normal sitting position made it very easy to assemble the little Locking Blocks into place. We put together 8 chairs, 8 ottomans and 2 rockers for a total of 18 pieces (lots of parts!) and out of all of those only one hole was drilled incorrectly. After a couple, Hubz and I put each chair together in minutes and ottomans were a breeze. I think in a few months we'll tighten the bolts again just in case as we would with any other furniture we've put together. Hubz is 6'4" and likes a lumbar pillow with any chair he sits in, these included. When fully relaxing a little slouched and we put our heads back we feel like it's a little bit far but we cut up color coordinated pool noodles and stuck them on the top and it's perfect. Goofy solution I know but totally works. I will update later as to wear and tear as they are outdoor uncovered but not in a super sunny location. But I will say so far we are impressed with the weight, construction and look of the chairs. Very cheerful bright and we love them! Read more

I bought these 3 years ago and they look as good today as they did brand new! They have been out in the elements for 3 years now. I love them. They are heavy!!!! So if you think they are cheaply made, think again. They are well made, durable, hadn’t faded one bit, extremely weather resistant and comfortable. I think I’m going to add a cushion because I’m old and like soft things. I’m moving in a couple of months and will purchase a couple more for the new place. The media could not be loaded. This is a great set and a good value, but I did have delivery issues that I don’t feel were addressed at all appropriately by the seller. The four pieces shipped separately, 2 chairs arrived on one day, 1 ottoman arrived on the next. I contacted the seller about the missing ottoman and was told it was lost in transit. Rather than shipping a replacement, they issued me a refund for the cost of the ottoman. What??? I ordered a 4 piece set, I wanted a 4 piece set, not 3 pieces and some money back. It made no sense to me whatsoever that they refused to ship out another ottoman. Granted, I can simply order a single ottoman, but it will end up costing more than the amount I was refunded because it is not part of a better priced bundle. I was very pleasantly surprised that this product is the quantity I wanted but, wasn't really expecting. WOW! I both 2 chairs and foot stools. They arrived perfectly packaged. The instructions were VERY clear. I assembled the chairs and foot stools following the very detailed instructions. Every piece is marked. And the are marked on the underside so you can't really make a mistake. I needed no help and got this all together in time for my cocktail. I'm thinking about the tables and hoping they have a cushion storage unit. This is a product you can buy. I got the brown and it's a real nice shade of a pale/medium greyish brown/taupe. Subtle. The chair is exactly as shown in the picture. The lime green works perfectly for my brightly colored backyard bar. They are so comfortable and I love the stool. This has become my new favorite place to sit. Now let’s hope they don’t fade too quickly… Read more
