This machine has made cleaning my hardwood floors so much easier. It’s easy, it’s fast, and it’s great! I went from tile - to laminate wood- to carpet and rugs! It does it ALL! It vacuums as it mops and leaves my floors shiny and clean. The battery life allows me to scrub my entire first floor in no time. This machine is easy to use and simple to operate. Read more
Bought this for myself as a Christmas gift. I have never used a wet/ dry vacuum before and I was intrigued. Where has this been all my life! Easy tro assemble, charges quickly, love that it talks to you, I am in love with the self-propelling "pull" forward motion! You basically hold the handle, and it goes! Debris picks up well, powerful suction, not loud or noisy. I love the clean and dirty water are kept separate. I wish it had a light on the front so you can see what you are picking up or missing, and the self-clean mode is awesome BUT it sprayed dirty water everywhere. I think that was MY user error though and will try again next time. It's a cool idea for self-cleaning. I just need to learn how to do it better. Thank you for this time saving product. I will be telling my friends and family about it for sure! Read more
I’ve been using this wet & dry vacuum mop for a while now, and it has truly freed up my hands and made floor cleaning so much easier. It vacuums, washes, and mops at the same time, so I don’t need to sweep first and then mop anymore. The suction power is strong enough for both dry debris and wet messes, and it glides smoothly without feeling heavy. I really like that the clean water and dirty water tanks are separated, so the floor is always cleaned with fresh water. The self-cleaning function is a huge plus — just press one button and it cleans the brush for you. It can also lay flat to reach under sofas and beds, which is very convenient. Overall, it’s very easy to use, efficient, and time-saving. Highly recommend it if you want to simplify your cleaning routine. Read more
Had this for a couple of months now, and decided it’s time to give it a 5 star review. I love the design, simple, modern and sleek. Easy assembly, just attach the handle to the body and let it charge for the first time. The audio is in English with a little bit of accent, but still very understandable. For the price, you are getting a very solid product. I have 2 toddlers at home, and we alhave to deal with spills on a daily bases. This mop works like magic, reduces our workload significantly. The media could not be loaded. Works for what I need. Not the best at scrubbing sticky messes . Self clean function isn't consistent on cleaning itself so I endure manually cleaning it each time. This will will get me thru till we can swung a better one as we needed something to pick up behind our toddlers . Update 2/18/26 Vacuum no longer works , smells like burning rubber and smoke. Only puts out water. No longer useful anymore. Read more
There was no need to set anything up or lift anything heavy. It is quite light, which is one of the best things about it. I can easily carry it around the home and move it around without breaking a sweat, even up and down the stairs. The self-propelled feature is what really makes this product stand out. It almost moves on its own, which makes cleaning easy and even a little fun! Another thing I don't like is that you can't control the water usage. It doesn't let out a lot of water at a time but it is constant. The ability to clean and dry itself is another great feature! Read more
The media could not be loaded. To start, I have a larger home—approximately 3,000 square feet over two stories. The house was originally built as a multi-family home and later converted into a single-family residence, so it requires equipment that can truly handle a larger space. I originally purchased a different mop vacuum and was very happy with its performance. It cleaned well and handled my home effectively. However, due to the size of my house, I decided to purchase a second unit. My original vacuum also lacked a couple of features I wanted—specifically, a 180-degree lay-flat option and edge cleaning—so after doing some research, I landed on this model. Unfortunately, I would not recommend it. My first major issue is how difficult it is to clean the brush roller. If you have a household with hair, cleaning this unit is extremely frustrating. You have to wedge your fingers between a tight black housing where the brush roller sits. In comparison, my original vacuum allows you to easily remove the top and slide the brush roll out completely, making cleaning quick and simple. My second issue is the battery. I’m not sure if mine is defective, but if I don’t use the unit for a day or two and remove it from the stand, it shows only one bar of battery life. When I place it back on the charger, it takes about three minutes and suddenly reads as fully charged. I was able to capture this on video. At first it only happened once or twice, but now it happens every single time. I don’t understand whether this is a faulty battery or a charging issue, but it’s extremely frustrating. Another major frustration is that the water tank leaks. I understand the need for a pressure-release hole, but there is simply just an open hole on my water tank. Even lightly squeezing the tank while inserting it causes water to spill out. If the machine is bumped or lifted slightly—such as when it hits a wall—it will also leak water. I will be attaching a video to show this issue. Additionally, this machine includes an extra component inside the dirty water tank meant to separate solid debris from the water. In my experience, this piece was completely unnecessary and made cleaning the tank twice as time-consuming. When removing the tank, debris would often fall back into the water anyway. This feature alone nearly made me return the unit. I eventually unscrewed and removed the separator, which improved the cleaning process. My original vacuum had no separation system—everything went into one tank, which was much easier to clean. At this point, I keep this unit solely for its edge-cleaning capability. It does get closer along edges, such as kitchen islands, but it does not feel as powerful as my original vacuum. While the lay-flat feature is nice, once the unit is fully flat it only spins the brush roll—it does not suction. It will clean under furniture, but it does not vacuum, leaving just the mopping feature, which I also found frustrating. The unit head is taller than expected, which limits what it can fit under. It works under chairs, bar stools, and my bathroom vanity, but it would not fit under some cabinets. Lastly, the voice feature was not tolerable for me. There is an option to turn it off, which I did, but it’s worth noting. Overall, I would not recommend this machine. If this were your first mop vacuum, you might think it’s great. However, having owned a different model for comparison, I expected this one to perform better—especially given its higher price and additional features. Unfortunately, the design choices, leaking water tank, difficult maintenance, and battery issues make it more frustrating than functional. I would pass on this model and look for an alternative.
