**** UPDATE !! Company has reached out and replaced my boots and they are lovely and just as I suspected my last pair was a manufacturer error so I am only giving 4 stars a quality check on the boots could have avoided this set back …. First I would like the say the boots are gorgeous and seem to fit well when I tried them on however… before I even got to leave out the door not one but BOTH heels completely broke off the shoe they are just hanging now unable to wear obviously tried contacting customer support for a replacement at least because I do believe it probably was a manufacturer error but no such luck so with that I will have to return which is unfortunate Read more
