They're stiff but not uncomfortable although the sides are low and rub the bottoms of my ankles. Also a little plasticky looking. I bought some heel comfort gel inserts to resolve the ankle issue. I'm on vacation and forgot my shoes so for the price, I kept them. Fit true to size. Read more
