Update: I've had this speaker for a year now, still really happy with it as a speaker. Haven't been using it as an alarm anymore, went back to using my phone. The only weird little thing about this is that the clock is slow. I haven't adjusted it at all since I've been using this and the clock currently displays 8:25. I'm writing this at 9:01. So if you plan on using this for the clock feature, keep in mind you may need to adjust it periodically. ------- Original review: Overall I'm really glad I bought this to replace my old alarm clock. I've been using this for almost a month. I've had no troubles connecting with Bluetooth, the alarm is easy to set, the various light settings are really nice and the sound quality is good. I really like just having to tap the speaker to snooze the alarm instead of fumbling around for a snooze button. The only thing I don't like is the default alarm sound, I'm not sure what it's supposed to sound like but it's not great to wake up to. I've since loaded music onto a micro SD card to use for the alarm sound, as per the instructions, and it works great. I would recommend this product to others. Read more

I purchased this as a new alarm clock for my son that would also double as a Bluetooth speaker. However, several other cool features he seems to enjoy include the various sounds like a thunder storm that can be played to help fall asleep. He also likes how easy it is to snooze as well as turn off the alarm in the morning. The many colors that the speaker will light up is a bonus as well. With a simple touch of the top the speaker, it will fill the room with just about any color you could desire. This is a great little all in one speaker and well worth the money! For my son's birthday i bought this speaker/alarm and so far he has enjoyed it very much. The sound is very high quality I am able to hear the alarm from my room your able to change the volume and it has very peaceful sleep sounds. The lights have a variety of colors and the brightness is perfect for your eyes. You can change the different colors by tapping the top of the alarm. If you need a alarm with a speaker I would definatly recommend this for you or your child. Read more

Pros: The speaker is surprisingly good, with a nice, fully sound. The lighting is fun with good variety. From what I can tell, there's no app to control it (which may be a positive or a negative). The additional charging port is a nice touch, as is the battery backup option. Cons: The touch control is very sensitive so it can be hard to set the time and alarms. Color options are varied and Bright. Easy to learn and use, I needed to reference the instruction manual in order to isolate a certain color, but once learned becomes quite intuitive. USB power supply on the back is convenient to power peripherals. Multiple alarm setting options. Bluetooth is easy to connect and the speaker functions as expected. There is not much if anything I didn’t like about the product. It came well packed, quality made, and easy to use. It uses usb c for charging, it can be plugged in or take it to go. The colors are nice for any ages to enjoy along with the default sounds or music included yet not limited given the ability to add more of your own preferred sounds and music. It is truly a great priced gift for anyone. It was supposed to be a gift for someone but I ended up keeping it as it was a nice compliment to my collection of many other colored lighting devices I have, a collection that some may say is unbelievable.. for those families that love to camp, being it’s portable with battery, it’s a favorite with the kids when having in their tents at night.
