*One of the reasons I decided to actually rate* This was because of the troll posting everywhere about how everything is toxic. I saw another "organic whipping cream" and the person who rated this product 1-star wrote the same review to them as well. I saw them rate another product low and complain about a toxic smell. The 1 star review is kind of suspect I doubt this person actually tried the product since they clearly read a few too many wikipedia/reddit articles. Anyway, was it shipped in a foam cooler was very cold when I opened it up. I'll probably buy it again so I can get another cooler. God forbid the last poster finds out it was a foam cooler. Contrary to some rebuttal comments, this product does contain both carrageenan and sodium citrate. That may or may not have anything to do with my actual complaint. This whipping cream did not whip, or even thicken, after ten minutes with an electric mixer. I've never seen anything like this before. I know how to whip cream, I've done so hundreds of times. There is definitely something wrong with this product and now the dessert I planned for tonight's dinner party is ruined. Read more
