Looking to replace my previous mini hookah, I decided to try out this larger version of ASANMA's smaller cube-shaped model; while some of the features are much better for quality and ease of use, there are some improvements they could make as well. Everything comes packed neatly in a soft case - which is nearly impossible to repack despite having less to put away after tossing packing materials; this could've been a bit bigger, but is nice to have for portability in any case. Assembly is a bit tricky if you've never used a hookah before, and there are extras included that might need more explanation: the black ring being a replacement seal for the tank (one is already installed despite what the instructions show), and a translucent white ring to secure the LED. The LED itself takes 3 AAA batteries and uses a remote that has its own battery included, and functions much like any common LED light strips you can find around. The only issue I really came across in assembling was with the wands: there almost isn't enough space between the outlets and the ash catching glass to plug them in. You will have an easier time plugging them in before putting the taller parts on of course, but usually the wands are out in last and need to be taken off to be rinsed or cleaned. My other major complaint also has to do with the wands, and the fact that they arent the size/shape to use common disposable tips. It's not a huge deal for me, as I'm not taking this to parties or anything, but most would probably want to use this with a group. On the plus side, the opening is large and easy to fill and clean, and the wand outlets include a one way ball valve to prevent backflow. The coal tray is easy to clean, as is the silicone holder, and it's easy to put together for the most part. This is the 1st Hookah I have ever used. With that in mind I took one star off because the instructions were printed small and were difficult to read. I had to go online and look at how to put it together. They include a cleaning bottle brush to help clean. The hole in the middle is large so you can get into the box to clean. The rubber bowl has a cube holder so you don't have to use foil. It pops into the top of the bowl with a secure lip so it won't fall off. This is very smart design. It gives a large volume of smoke for easy sharing. I think that they should include a cube or two so the owner can begin using as soon as it arrives. I would also include a skinny brush for cleaning the mouth pieces and hose. The hoses have a.ball valve so smoke only goes one way, no blowing into the unit. Good engineering. The travel bag holds the whole unit when it is broken down in padded style. Once I got it together it is easy to use. I expected worse quality out of this but it actually works well. The seals are tight and I can get a nice smoke. I ordered this as a novelty item and I confirm that I would not be using this as my main hookah. But it's nice to travel with as it comes in a carry bag. It's acrylic so lightweight for carrying but also, it's not a premium material. I imagine the acrylic will scratch and fog over time. For the sake of a novelty hookah to add to your collection, I think this would be fun to have. A fun gift to give too Read more
