I bought these as matching headbands for my rec league volleyball team. Everyone loves them and they've stood up well in practice. The stitching feels solid and we haven't had any issues with them coming apart or getting stretched out. I think everyone really appreciates being able to tighten their headband to their comfort level and it seems to do a good job keeping sweat out of our eyes. 1. The headbands are individually wrapped/sealed and wrapped/sealed again together in a bigger bag! That's a super plus to me. As a buyer, I do not ever want to even have a hint of doubt if the item is new, or has been returned, and resold. While nothing is impossible, the seller has gone above and beyond to reduce this possibility than many items sold online. I am very pleased with the effort! 2. The headbands look nice! The seams are sewed tight! The material is not too shabby. And the pricing is the best all around when i bought them! 3. The headband is thin in coverage. I know this, as one commenter has mentioned it. And he's right, you'd need 2 headbands to cover an entire forehead. No one is going to do that, of course. I do wish it is thicker, but i can't find any thicker ones that are non-elastic, which is a shame. Since i did buy this knowingly, this is not the reason for the discount of one star. The discount is due to the fact that the headband is cgi/photoshopped onto the models. The purpose of photos is to give buyers an idea how an item will look like in real life. Photoshop defeats that purpose and we/Amazon should start banning this unethical practice. I know it's everywhere now but we have to start somewhere. There is no way these headbands are thick enough to cover the entire forehead of those models, absolutely not. 4. I'll update this review if the headbands do not function well after use/clean. My hat size is an 8 -- and for those not familiar with hat sizes, that means I have an unusually large head. Most sweatbands are made for people with average-size heads, so I get headaches from wearing them unless I deliberately stretch them out first. Tie headbands are the perfect solution. Exactly what I was hoping for in a head/sweat band. Made for a kids soccer team. Though, I wanna say not the best for sweat but does an okay job keeping it out of eyes. Kids complained it got a Little weird after all the sweat but it's not 100% sweat proof also. Fabric is nice and stretchy and great for making your own logos if need. Read more
