Tasteful masculine style, will take your vacation wardrobe up a notch or two.
These linen-blend pants are thin and very lightweight. They are translucent when light is shown from behind, but not transparent: that said, you may want to wear unpatterned underwear that is closer to the color of your pants to avoid an unintentional two-tone look. Like all things linen, they will wrinkle extremely easily; that's part of the charm and style of linen clothing. In return, you get an exceptionally breathable fabric that can often be aired out overnight and worn again as if it were fresh, especially if it is not stained. (But they are so comfortable you might choose to sleep in them.) These shrink a little, and the waist is not elastic (at least mine wasn't--some linen pants are elastic in the back) so you might choose one waist size larger. Well-made linen clothing is often expensive; this was a nice bargain. These are ideal Key West semiformal pants, when you're going to Louie's Backyard and want a resort semiformal/casual look. These look acceptable anywhere, whether on the beach, in the car, in a restaurant, at church. They pair well with a navy blue blazer/sportjacket, are fine with T-shirts, and everything in between.
