Great product
Works great !! Very easy to use. I made a batch of 8 cups of rice. I should have cut down on a cup of water but the rice tasted good. It is a bit pricey but if you make lots of rice often this will not disappoint. I mainly use it for catering orders, however I'm sure I can use it for my personal / at home use. Read more
No go - broke during first use.
BAD! Had to ship back after the first use. The unit would not go on because it wouldn't latch properly. Made cheaply. I don’t recommend. Read more

Inconsistent cooking
Appreciate the sturdiness of this product and the auto-click to warmer after cooking. But 1.5 years of using this appliance 2-3 times a week and the consistency of cooked rice is not perfect every time. More recently, the rice is not being cooked completely and the middle section is still always raw. The bowl of the unit is not the most smooth at removing and putting back into place. Read more
