I only give a 4 star review because they changed the product to where they do not have a sugar coating anymore. These boost my energy and my mood, more than boost my libido itself. I would say they are a general mood uplifter. I have been taking these for about 4 months and they make me feel better about life on a day to day basis. This product may work as stated, I can't say for sure because I can't get past the taste. I was only able to stomach 4 gummies before I gave up. They state they have a blueberry taste, but they tasted bitter and chemically. Unfortunately, since I bought them here, I can't get a refund. Live and learn, I guess.
