Problem Corrected by Winston and Brear, the base vendor
It's a very nice mug I bought for my granddaughter. Unfortunately I didn't open the package until I gave it to her, and the date was then past the return date. Since I didn't open the package, I didn't break it. It was shipped broken! So it's a nice mug, but make sure that you open the package as soon as it arrives. For two reasons: not to give a broken mug to a child, and, get a refund. So what did I do. I saw a sign packed with the Mug that said:: PROBLEMS??? Is your product damaged or not what you expect? We're here to help. email us at::: support@winstonandbear.com. AND DID THEY EVER HELP. Within minutes I got a refund for the broken mug. Winston and Bear is a company that really cares about it's customers. Do business with them, they have interesting products. I also bought 3 mugs I was so impressed. with them. A nice experience.
