This is a high quality coat and super warm. The zipper is a double type and a little tricky to get it started. The tab in the zipper must be put through both zippers and must hear or feel a little click not until then will the zipper go up. Excellent jacket. Very warm. Love the pockets. Fit was good. But the zipper was hard to start. It is one of those double zippers where you can unzip from the bottom for mobility, but that made it really hard to start. And the hood was awful. It didn't have a drawstring, so it sits on your head wide and flies out like a bird. But the closure of the front is only Velcro at one... size. And that was too tight for my chin. This is the second coat I've bought and returned. The first one, a 3XL which is my usual size, was too tight. This 4XL was a good size until I followed the instructions to leave it in the dryer for a few minutes right after taking it out of the bag (10 minutes). When I went to wear it today, it had shrunk so much that it was even tighter than the 3XL. I'm very disappointed because it's a beautiful coat, but it doesn't fit me because it's not the size it was supposed to be. Read more
