This was incredible and worked for both my ASUS laptop and my MacBook Air. For the ASUS I used the wireless USB that is attached to the bottom of the mouse. For the MacBook Air I had to use Bluetooth. All of the connections were included. I am a teacher, so I needed to be able to do things in fast time. The mouse charges quickly. Super easy to install, comfortable and you don’t need those pads to be able to work with it. I have it on my regular kitchen counter. That’s where I use my computer 😆 and still at work perfect 🤩. The size is perfect is not big that isn’t comfortable and it’s not as small. Move really smoothly, really worth the value of the money and it doesn’t get any grip like others. Works good. At first it was slow but that was probably because I didn’t have it on a mousepad but I do now and it’s great. Smooth feel to it. Doesn’t make a loud clicking sound so that amazing. Easy to use and hook up to my computer. Does in fact change color I wish I could make it one color but that’s ok for what I paid for it. Last a long time charged I like I’m on day 2 now. Worked OK for 2 months and then died. Will not charge and doesn't turn on. Cheap mouse but expect to replace often. Connectivity was good being able to change between dongle and bluetooth. Battery life was fine. Sometimes clicks of the buttons would not register (requiring two clicks to get what you want) and always needed 1 or two clicks to wake up from sleep (moving the mouse wasn't enough to wake it). I've been using this mouse for a little while now, and I'm really impressed with it. It's comfortable to hold, super responsive, and easy to set up--just plug and play. The scrol wheel is smooth. and the buttons have a satisfving click without being too loud. I also love how precise it is, whether l'm working, browsing, or doing a bit of design work. I have a Macbook Pro, and have had numerous problems w/ the Apple magic mouse. It would constantly loose bluetooth connection to the Macbook, and would go through AA batteries every few weeks. Over the years, I have opted for the more robust wired mice. Recently, I had been hoping for a wireless connection. I had bought 3 different mice (before this one), and was subjected to having the little usb-2 dongle. For whatever reason, I found that any usb-2 connection to the Macbook (usually through some interface port) was unreliable. Suspect the problem was more Apple's fault. These mice also ate AA's, but not at the rate of the Apple magic mouse. Also, some of the mice were uncomfortable in my hands. For a little over $10, I now have a mouse that is small, comfortable, binds to the Macbook using a bluetooth connection (no more usb-2 dongles), and is rechargable. What's not to like! I can't really speak to the sleep mode or the battery life yet, and will update this review if they turn out to be problems. Alas, the instructions are terrible, like many low cost products from China. I found more insights and guidance from reading the Amazon questions and answers for this device. That said, it was pretty idiot proof getting it up and running and binding to the Macbook. Read more
