More stars! This tiny little adapter worked PERFECTLY in my new 2022 Nissan Rogue Sport to make Carplay available directly on the electronic panel. I was so bummed when I could not get it to work unless plugged in - but went searching for options and found this on Amazon. I could not wait to pop the box open and plug it in. I bought this gadget not expecting much. I have a 2 hour commute each day and my wired CarPlay was driving me crazy. It was constantly disconnecting. I tried to get an appointment at the garage to see if they could fix the issue but ended up needing to reschedule it. In the meantime I thought I'd buy this and try it out. The shipping was fast and it was really inexpensive. I plugged it in and my phone connected easily via Bluetooth. I've had it connected ever since without any issues. It's very small and discreet. I was a bit skeptical at first, especially given the low price. I purchased this adapter for use in my wife's 2018 Q7. I then went on a week long road trip. The adapter worked just as described. I only had one time that it hiccupped and started connecting-disconnecting repeatedly. It may have been due to the triple digit heat that we were experiencing? I am using the USB port in the center console and it does get rather warm in there. I simply pulled it out of the USB port and re-inserted it. It has never done it since. My wife was super happy (a win for the home team!). She mentioned how awesome it was after her first drive. No more cords that seem to always wear out and stop working. I like that it automatically connects. No problem switching back to the other media or navigation. I liked it so much that I purchased another one for my car.
