Pros: Installation (Pairing) was easy. Sound quality is great. The Earbud Earhooks are very flexible and don't fall out. Very comfortable when used for long periods of time. The multiple sizes of eartips is convenient and a sure fit a small ear canal. Cons: Pairing - Most times I have to disconnect (turn off) the pairing to my computer before the Earbuds will auto pair to my phone. Overall this product is a great deal for the price. Great purchase for the price. I bought these not having owned any other pair before. I had no idea which ones to buy and didn’t want to spend a hundred dollars on name brands if I didn’t know if I would even use them that much. I have very small ears and needed something to go around my ear and not irritate them. These do a great job and the sound is very clear. Battery life holds strong. I have used them all week for a total of about 10 hrs and haven’t had to charge them. Phone calls are clear and easy to use. They connect easily to WiFi and you can walk around the room without holding your phone. Love these! As with other reviews I read about these the only bad thing I would have to mention is the lid of the holder. Not that it is a huge problem but the lid does want to shut back down. First the good news: Great sound. Deep bass. Very impressed especially at this low price. Without great sound, why use them? Also: secure fit and the hooks are comfortable and give me confidence the buds won't fall out which does happen with nearly any other ones I've owned. (These are the first ones I've had that are separate buds with hooks. I owned many that had had hooks and Bluetooth but were connected to each other with a cord and that helped prevent losing one that"jumped" out of my ear; especially inconvenient on an airline.) Sadly there are problems. The manual is very limited on how to access features such as turning on and off noise cancellation. In fact I'm not even sure it really has this feature. Also, the microphones are too good. On phone calls, they pick up conversations twenty feet (6 m) away which is very distracting to the person on the other end of a phone call. For just listening to audio and wanting stable fit, these are easily five stars. Even at ten dollars more they're worth it. However I want noise cancellation such as for flying and where there's A/C humming, and I'm dissatisfied. Read more
