I've had to rewrite this review because I made a mistake and had it mixed up with another product. That being said, the first thing you're going to notice that there are no tips. That's right just hard plastic against your ear. What do you want for less than $10 right? The instructions are a one single sheet piece of paper that don't tell you anything about the product or how to use it, or whether or not to tell if it is charged it simply says 0 or to another number on the readout which means absolutely nothing to me probably won't to you either.
