I was in the market for a second pair of wireless headphones that I could keep in my car and found these Wireless Earbuds Bluetooth 5.3 Headphones. Why I landed on these earbuds was because they are in the similar shape of the old Apple wired earbuds. These are the shape I prefer as opposed to the earbuds that have a silicone piece that you have to cram in your ear to keep them from falling out and you sound like you're holding your fingers in your ears when you talk. The pairing of the earbuds to my iPhone worked like a charm, no problems there. Before I paired them, I made sure they were fully charged. I was a little confused as they case never went a solid green when the charge was completed. They just kept flashing white but knew they had been fully charged as it had been a couple of hours. When listening to music, i thought the quality was fine. Nothing earth-shattering, but O.K. A decent amount of bass and not too trebly either (I'm not a fan of HUGE bass btw so they don't have to have some kind of bass booster like many companies think you need). So for me, the quality was fine, as i wasn't going to be utilizing these earbuds for music playback really.....it was more about phone calls. This is where i felt they lost points. I made three different phone calls from within my car and each of the three people I spoke to told me I sounded distant. Not as if I sounded like I was in a can, but they said I seemed "away." Not a good sign. As I continued my phone calls, each of the three people mentioned I was cutting out. I also felt that on my end too where I wasn't able to hear a couple of words spoken by the other party. Hmmm....not a good sign for the second time unfortunately. I like the fact that they included extra ear rings and the zippered hard case, as many companies don't throw in a hard case at all and just let you take your chances with the plastic case. A nice touch and I really appreciated they did that. I really love the shape of these earbuds, I didn't have to cram them in my ears, but I just wish I didn't sound distant and that I kept cutting out. Read more
