These are very good and should have a chance if you are in a position to wear ear protection with the opportunity to use that ear protection as a low volume entertainment in order to make the work day pass smoothly. The ANC is good enough to pass. The main reason I purchased these is because they have that feature and pair easy with iPhones. The second Main Reason I bought them is because I lost 3 pair of “Apple earbuds “ at work and didn’t feel like taking another $150 plus ear buds to work and loosing them. I bought roughly 20 pairs of $50 and less earbuds to take to work and found these to be my favorite. First for safety reasons due to their ability to actually keep loud noise down to a reasonable level while being able to keep my alertness on my surroundings while being able to hear my music and keep conversations at a respectable level!
