Great- except (and update)
Update: After posting this review the seller contacted me and offered to send a replacement. I appreciate their customer service. I supplied pictures so show what was wrong. This lives up to everything that says. I switch between computers all day with no issue. My big complaint is the Esc key cap will not stay on. It ends up on being a huge problem, but it looks like it was manufactured wrong and the teeth don’t quite bite the cap correctly. Read more

Good mouse, but bad connectivity on keyboard
I wish I could review the mouse and keyboard separately because: PROS: The mouse is great. It's responsive, feels good in the hand, and just simply works. CONS: The keyboard loses connection constantly. The keyboard and mouse are right next to each other, the receiver is about seven feet away, and the keyboard is constantly missing keystrokes or not responding at all. If you reduce the distance between the keyboard and the receiver to around three feet, it works flawlessly. (to clarify, we tested the mouse from the next room, and it still works) We bought two these sets to use in a conference room with two separate computers, and both keyboards act the same - so it's not an issue with one of them, it's just how this keyboard is designed. High quality keyboard set that outdoes competitors double or triple the price
I absolutely love this set. It is a very high quality metal set that feels heavy and durable. It has a much nicer higher quality finish than any keyboard I have ever used before , and the mouse moves flawlessly. The keyboard clicks are really nice mechanical feeling and are relatively quiet. The keyboard has everything my old keyboard has plus more. The quickstroke keys are easy to find and use. The battery has not run out yet, and the mouse came with AA batteries already. I use the USB dongle on my docking station and have not had any issues at all. The keyboard can be angled upwards or flat, and is comfortable either way. The ergonomics seem to be well thought out. The keyboard and mouse set is simple and works exactly as needed. The keys are really quiet, the mouse too, and doesn’t lag, and the Bluetooth plus USB receiver combo makes it easy to switch devices. For me, it’s premium mechanical level, it’s solid and reliable. Looks great. I love it. Read more
